If you're experiencing issues with any of our apps or digital services, please first refer to the help sections of that app or website. Please note that all online services are operated by external organisations. Falkirk Libraries does not have control over app or website features.
Don't know your PIN?
You need your PIN to use many of our digital services. If you don't know your PIN you can reset it on the library catalogue. Please note: you must first have registered your email address with us.
Problems logging into a service
If you find you are unable to log into a service this could be because:
- The service is temporarily down and you should check back later
- You got a new library card.
- Libby and ULibrary check your details against our system every time you use the app. You will need to use your new card number to log in. Unfortunately this many mean you lose your previous list of books read.
- Your library account has expired. Library memberships automatically expire every three years and must be renewed.
- You can do this in seconds by logging into the Spydus library catalogue and following the instructions in your account dashboard
