Colouring book artist Lucy has booked a stay at a beautiful little cottage on the estate of a magnificent chateau in Scotland, intending to get away from the city to finish her latest book. But there is filming going on at the chateau, and this messes up her plans for a quiet working holiday. Struan is the handsome owner of the hotel, known as the Christmas Cake Chateau, and involves Lucy in the light-hearted chaos.
