Summary

Elderly vigilantes are targeting people who are rudely using their mobile phone on public transport. The devices are being snatched from the users^ hands, then crushed and mangled before their very eyes. It started as a local fad, then became a nationwide craze, Before they knew it, the Police Scotland had a major problem on their hands. Meanwhile in the small town of Eskbridge in Midlothian , there 's been a murder, its is the first since 1957. It is a particularly vicious and shocking homicide. Detective Inspector Moira Quin, and Bob Scareth, a former Murder Squad Inspector, are assigned to investigate.
