Charles Paris : a decent interval

Bill Nighy stars in a new BBC Radio 4 full-cast dramatisation of the novel by Simon Brett. After a long period of 'resting', Charles has been cast as the Ghost of Hamlet's Father and First Gravedigger in a new production of Hamlet. But rehearsals are fraught. Hamlet and Ophelia are played by a reality TV contestant and TV talent show winner respectively, and they have rather different views of celebrity and the theatre than the more experienced members of the cast. Then tragedy strikes, and Charles Paris is forced once again to don the mantle of amateur detective to get to the bottom of the mystery.
